General Service Policy

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND FULLY BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

WELLNESS ARRIVAL: We recommend that you check in at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are 10 minutes or more late.

HEALTH CONDITIONS: Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your Wellness reservation. PREGNANCY We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow Healthy Heart Plus to guide you in selecting which treatments and services are most suitable for you during this special time.

PRODUCT RETURNS: We will accept returned products within 5 days of the date of purchase, if accompanied by the original receipt and unopened, for refund of the purchase price. After 5 days, a merchandise credit will be issued if accompanied by the original receipt and unopened. Reservation Policy:

ADVANCED RESERVATION: We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available. Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY: As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid full charge. A credit card number, advanced payment, or gift certificate number is required at the time of the booking. For Wellness packages and two or more guests coming together we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Some of our services require a 25% or 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking. We do not provide refunds,exchanges, store credit for same day cancellations or missed appointments (No Shows). Cancellation is accepted over the phone only. Cancellation via e-mail is not accepted. You must reschedule your appointment within a month of cancelling V-steam, colonic, ear candling, ion cleanse, and/or 30 day detox consultations. Failure to do so will result in no refund/no exchange policy and no service rendered. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Payment Policy:

PAYMENT TYPES: We accept cash, debit cards, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express - with proper identification.

RETURNED CHECKS: We graciously accept checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express for payment, however, a $35 fee will be assessed for any returned checks or return payments.

REFUND POLICY: No refund for products returned opened.
