I praying and trying to do better as far as eating but sugary foods are my weakness. I trying to stop consuming so much I’ve cut back but haven’t cut out sugar . I don’t use salt a lot but I am trying to do better . I don’t eat a lot of vegetables but I’m a work in progress. A wonderful friend of mine introduced me to your supplements they worked amazingly for me . I’m trying to order your products and starting with some of your recipes I hope to make a change.
